Meditation Beginning Last Week February 2011

If you want to feel tranquil, peaceful,and balanced. Why not try meditation, with me and my new group.  Meditation, for me, is one of the most beautiful experiences we achieve . I began , quite naturally with day dreaming , as a child. In fact most of us day dream at some time or another.
Simply drifting off to your own world. A place where all is balanced and at one with nature and yourself.
I like to go out carefully photographing pictures that make me feel tranquil, peaceful , and serene. As I also feel that if they help me feel this way, they may have the same affect on people I am working with in meditation situations. 
I have already been working on these levels with many groups , for over thirty odd years. Bringing that peaceful feeling into others lives.
In the safety of my sanctuary, where there are no phones to interupt, no-one knocking on the door, and everyone concentrating together. I will teach you how to relax the body and then the mind, to enter the world of meditation.
Together we will explore different ways to meditate.
From visualization to silence.
Some meditations are deeper than others but you will learn to let go. To travel into that special personal space, for relaxation, balance, well-being, and spiritual connection.
Being within a like minded group, working with an experienced medium such as myself, leaves you nothing to do but enjoy, the experience.
The time spent with me , goes  towards your inner mind , peacefullness.
So when you are stressed, unwell, or wanting to learn to connect with your angel or spirit guide you will be able to work on your own, in control of each situation that arises, with a better, more balanced way.
For me, meditation has allowed me to be inspired with my art,or writing. To connect with my guides,love ones in spirit, to relax, to aid calmness when having to have operations, to aid any stressful situation, to just be, and many other meditaive levels.
I have also noted over the years that regular meditation can help lower blood pressure, aid a good nights sleep, and help with chronic pain issues. All of which I have used myself, when I have had health problems that really did not respond to medical help.
Our mind is a powerful thing and can be trained to help us on many levels. So meditation may help you in this direction too.
 
I have decided , this year to begin a new monthly meditation group, once a month on the last Friday of the month. Places are limited so please let me know if you are interested on 01726 70786. The cost per evening , will be £5.00.
I will look at booking five sessions at a time after the first session in February.
Water will be provided for drinking during the duration of the meditation evening.
 
 
 
 

NEW MEDITATION GOUP TO START FEBRUARY 2011

EVER THOUGHT YOU MAY LIKE TO TRY MEDITATION, AS YOU HAVE HEARD SO MUCH ABOUT THIS PASTIME BUT NEVER HAD A GO. WHY EVEN WOULD YOU WANT TO. lET ME BEGIN WITH HOW MUCH REGULAR MEDITATION CAN HELP TO BALANCE YOUR LIFE. IT CAN BRING PEACE WITH YOU, AND INSPIRATION FOR MANY OF THOSE CREATATIVE THINGS YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO. 

Meditation, allows your mind to become still, a difficult process in evry day living. Particularly if you are in the town or city, with the hussle and bussle of traffic, sounds, and people all around you.

For me meditation began quite naturally as day dreaming , when I was a child. I became more aware of it’s affects on people when they would say,” Penny for them.” Sometimes I would jump as i had been disturbed. I had gone somewhere but where that was even I did not know, nor how long I had been there.

Along my spiritual pathway, in my early twenties I did become more aware of the different levels of conciousness. With awake state being what we perceive as normal. A meditative state as something you learn. Through healing/mediumship and clairvoyance  I began , more and more to realise what levels of change of conciousness that were altered, did so when I worked with spirit. It has been a long journey for me and I have many stories to tell but, meditation can help calmness, peace within, healing, contact with your spirit guides and a restful nights sleep, amongst many other advantages.

I have always had a meditation session as part of my circle group but I have been feeling it was time to create another meditation evening, to inspire more of you to enjoy the art of meditation. The aim is to take this group into a regular meditation evening , later on, that will cover a larger group.

So I am looking at beginning in february with this special meditation group. With the present economic situation I am looking at a small fee of £5.00 per person per session, which will be collected on the evening, when you arrive. It will be once a month, on a Friday, between 7pm – 9pm. For more details, contact me on 01726 70786. This group is already forming. Which is exciting.
